Cleanse Instructions

1. Make sure to consume a Juice every 2-3 hours.


2. Drink at minimum 8 ounces of water in between each juice. This helps with flushing the toxins out of your body and staying hydrated. It is okay to add lemon or lime for taste to you water.


3. Juices are numbered in an order that will best benefit you and make the cleansing process as enjoyable as possible. Follow the order of the juices.


4. Please remove or limit caffeine intake. If it is a must one black coffee (8 ounces) or herbal tea is permitted per day. No added ingredients! (Do not add sugar, honey, creamer or any sugar substitute.)


5. Please avoid any alcohol, soda and any other liquids that do not come part of the cleanse or water.


6. If you are doing a full juice cleanse working out or any vigorous activity is not recommended.

 

This is a time to rest and reset your body. DRINK WATER & ENJOY !
